Running in your office

Can the tenant end the Harcourt Street lease early? What notice do they need to give?

Yes. There is a tenant-only break on the fifth anniversary. The tenant must give at least six months' written notice, served at the landlord's registered office.

Your team wants AI. Your clients expect confidentiality. One Premise gives you both.

The problem

Your team is already using AI. Where is your client data going?

  1. 01

Staff paste work into public tools

Letters, contracts, client emails. It's quick, it works, and it often happens before a firm has a policy in place.

  2. 02

    That data leaves your control

Once it's typed into a public service, it sits on someone else's servers, under someone else's terms.

  3. 03

    Banning AI means falling behind

Blocking the tools doesn't remove the need. Firms that use AI safely will do the same work in less time.

How it works

Three steps from a first conversation to a system your whole team uses.

See the full process
  1. 01

    Assess

We find where AI will save your team time, and which of your data is sensitive.

  2. 02

    Install

A machine in your office, connected to your files, with your team trained to use it.

  3. 03

    Run

We keep it updated, monitored and supported, for one fixed monthly fee.

What your team can do

The reading and writing that fills the week, done in minutes.

The same everyday help people get from public AI tools, working on your own documents and kept on your premises.

  • Summarise long documents

Bundles, reports and long email chains, reduced to the points that matter.

  • Draft letters and first drafts

A solid first version to edit, rather than a blank page.

  • Ask questions of your own files

Plain-English questions, with answers that reference the documents they came from.

  • Turn meeting notes into actions

Clear next steps and owners, straight from your notes.

What stays where

Everything your team types, uploads and reads stays inside your walls.

The AI runs on a small machine in your office. There is no outside AI service in the loop.

  • Prompts, documents and answers are processed on your premises
  • We can't see your data. Remote support happens only with your approval, and it's logged
  • Nobody overseas can change the terms or switch it off

Who it's for

Built for firms whose clients trust them with sensitive information.

How it compares

The benefits of AI, without handing over your client data.

Public AI tools are fine for general work. Confidential client work belongs on a system that never leaves the building.

Questions

What partners ask us first.

What happens if the machine fails?

We monitor the unit and are alerted if something goes wrong. Managed plans include a replacement unit if it fails. Your documents stay on your own systems throughout, so they are unaffected.

Is it as good as ChatGPT?

For drafting, summarising and answering questions about your own documents, it is strong and holds up well for day-to-day work. For the very hardest reasoning tasks, the largest cloud models are still ahead. We'll show you how it performs on your own documents before you commit.

Can it connect to our existing systems?

Usually, yes. It works with shared drives and document folders, and we check your case, practice or document management system during the audit. If something can't be connected safely, we'll tell you rather than force it.

How long does setup take?

Most of the time goes on the audit and on connecting your files, not on the hardware. We give you a firm timeline at the end of the audit, once we know what needs connecting.

Can you see our data?

No. The system runs on a machine in your office. We only connect for support with your approval, and every session is logged.

What happens if we stop?

At the end of your term you can renew or stop. If you stop, we collect the unit and securely wipe it. Your documents were never moved, so they stay exactly where they are.

Next step

See it working on your own documents.

Book a 30-minute call. We'll talk through how your team works, what's sensitive, and show you what private AI can do with the kind of work your firm does.
