What we collect and why

Booking a discovery call

Your name, work email, firm name, sector, team size and anything you tell us about what you'd like AI to help with. We use it to arrange and prepare for the call and to follow up afterwards. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Readiness checklist

Your work email and, if you give it, your firm name. We use it to send you the checklist you asked for. We only add you to our mailing list if you tick the box to say you'd like occasional emails; our lawful basis for those emails is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

Security pack requests

Your name, work email, firm name and, if you give it, your role. We use it to send you the security pack and to answer follow-up questions, based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

How you found us

When you submit a form, we record the page you were on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the web address, so we can understand which pages lead to enquiries. This is based on our legitimate interests.

Website analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not collect personal data. We see total visits, pages viewed and where visitors came from, but never who you are.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
• Clients: for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business: website hosting, email delivery, our customer relationship management (CRM) system and analytics. Each acts only on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to ask us to transfer it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@onepremise.ai and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
