Pricing questions

Why do you show “from” prices?
Every firm is different: the number of people, the amount of data and the systems we connect to all affect the final figure. “From” prices give you an honest starting point. You'll get a fixed quote after the audit.
Is the audit fee wasted if we go ahead?
No. The audit fee is credited in full against an install, so if you go ahead you've paid nothing extra for it.
Are there per-user or per-query charges?
No. Managed Private AI is one fixed monthly price. Adding colleagues or using it more doesn't change your bill.
Why is there a minimum term?
The monthly price includes the hardware, so we spread its cost over 24 or 36 months instead of asking you for a large upfront payment.
What happens at the end of the term?
You can renew, upgrade to newer hardware, or stop. If you stop, we collect the unit and securely wipe it.
